Article Processing Charge (APC)

IJLTEMAS charges a modest Article Processing Charge to cover the cost of editorial handling, peer review management, DOI registration, and permanent open-access hosting.

• Razorpay  (Cards, Net Banking & International Payments)
• PayPal (International cards & PayPal accounts)
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

Local Currency  Payment

Payments can be made in your local currency or internationally accepted currency using  Stripe and Razorpay. 

When to Pay

Payment is due only after your manuscript has been accepted for publication. You will not be charged for rejected manuscripts.

Fee Waiver Policy

IJLTEMAS is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent the publication of quality research. Fee waivers or discounts are available for:

• Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) may apply for a full or partial waiver.
• Authors facing genuine financial hardship may request a waiver with supporting justification.

To apply for a waiver, contact us at editorialoffice@rsis-international.org before submission. Waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not affect the peer review process or editorial decisions.

Other Charges

There are no submission fees, page charges, colour charges, membership fees, or any other charges beyond the article processing charge stated above.
