Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of the research published. IJLTEMAS follows a double anonymous peer review system, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers, and neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identities.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere. All submissions are screened using Copyleaks and Grammarly prior to peer review. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% (excluding references and quotations) will be returned for revision or rejected outright. IJLTEMAS is committed to publishing only original, previously unpublished research.

AI Use Policy

Authors must disclose any use of artificial intelligence (AI) or AI-assisted tools (such as ChatGPT, Grammarly AI, or similar) in the preparation of their manuscript, in the cover letter and/or acknowledgements section. AI tools may not be listed as authors or co-authors. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of all AI-assisted content. Undisclosed AI use may result in rejection or retraction of the published article.

All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research and approved the final version of the manuscript. Any changes to authorship after submission must be agreed upon by all co-authors.
