The modern era is marked by a noticeable acceleration of technological development andinnovation nvolving the ongoing development of new technologies as well as the improvement and evelopment of existing ones.Success in the modern era is primarily determined by innovation and the application of cutting edge technologies. The industry's digital trends are related to the necessity of keeping up with the most recent developments in technology or encouraging creative thinking in IT companies .This technological innovation will maintain the business's operations and keep it in line with the outside world by giving it a competitive advantage or out performing the competition. Since innovation is a driving force behind development and expansion, its importance in the business world cannot be emphasized.Businesses are urged to embrace innovation and give it top priority,especially by implementing cutting edge technology that improve  the   customer experience in general. There are many opportunities for    corporations to investigate and take advantage of in the modern day. These prospects cover a number of approaches, including the inclusion of innovative digital business solutions, the use of open networking, the option of distributed computing, the integration of intelligent technologies, and the quickening of the growth of internet based services. The study aims to investigate the elements that determine technological innovation in the information technology (IT) industry and analyse how it affects employee performance in the workplace. It also aims to determine whether worker performance varies significantly depending on demographic factors.
