Abstract

The study investigated the relationship between diversity and inclusion initiatives and corporate entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry in Enugu state. The specific objectives were to: determine the relationship between diversity and inclusion culture and innovativeness among the employees in the hospitality industry in Enugu state; and to examine the relationship between diversity and inclusion policy and proactiveness among the employees in the hospitality industry Enugu state. The study used survey research design to gather data from 360 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient via SPSS 30.0, and the test was conducted at 0.05 level of significance. The results revealed that diversity and inclusion culture has significant positive relationship with employee innovativeness in the hospitality industry in Enugu State. Also, that diversity and inclusion policy has significant positive relationship with employee proactiveness in the hospitality industry in Enugu state. The study recommended that establishment in the hospitality industry should be democratic in the ideation process,
