This paper examines the role of technology in reshaping management practices within the sector, focusing on operational efficiency, customer experience, strategic decision-making, and competitive advantage.


Drawing on recent literature and industry insights, the study analyzes key technological trends such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, big data analytics, and virtual reality (VR). The findings suggest that successful integration of technology into management strategies significantly enhances organizational performance and sustainability in the hospitality and tourism industry.
